8	oz	Shallots, halved
8	oz	Blueberries
3/4	pt	Orange juice
		Fresh chopped rosemary
2	oz	Sugar

Stew the shallots & blueberries *gently* in the orange juice, sugar and rosemary. (~25 mins until v soft)

Add 2 tbsp sherry vinegar and thicken.
